BOW is the original program for outdoors-women, offering outdoor skills workshops since 1991 to over 20,000 women annually in 40+ states, several Canadian provinces and New Zealand.

Becoming an Outdoors-Woman (BOW) is a workshop focused on learning a variety of skills useful for many outdoor pursuits. It is open to women 18 years of age or older and with all levels of experience. Try new activities, improve your skill level, and meet other women who share your love of outdoor activities.

Spend an evening with the cowboys and cowgirls from the Triangle Y Ranch! Your experience begins at the ranch where you’ll be paired up with a horse for a 2-hour ride to a bluff overlooking Sunnen Lake.
