With only two days left of camp, campers eagerly set out for a fun-filled day of clinics, unit activities, cabin activities and other bonding experiences! After a day in the sun, the Raptors unit enjoyed a Newspaper Costume Competition and an outdoor dance party in the rain! Explorers cooked up delicious pita pizzas and s'mores in the Explorer's Pavillion before they headed to a camp-out in the rec center. Meanwhile, up in East Camp, the campers dressed in their best Hawaiian themed gear and danced until the sun went down. As camp slowly winded down, campers returned to their cabins for Evening Embers and another night's rest in anticipation of fourth of July tomorrow.

Halfway through the best week of their summer, campers enjoyed more clinics, cabin activities, overnights and unit games on Wednesday! After an exciting day, the Raptors unit played an intense game of Mortal Combat while the Explorer's Unit enjoyed a "beach party" in the Explorer's Pavillion. While East Camp cooked pita pizzas and banana boats over the campfire, the rest of camp settled in peacefully for Evening Embers and a good night's rest for another exciting day tomorrow.

After spending their first nights in cabins, campers woke up bright and early for camp songs and the flag salute. Then it was time for cabin activities, including finger jousting, PDQ, name games, soccer, swimming and medic ball. After enjoying their first Pop Stop, campers geared up for an all camp game of Fairly Important Moments In American History. Campers learned more about history while enjoying interactive activities. Wrapping up the evening with unit games, including an Explorer's Paint War, a Raptor's Air Raid and Walk the Plank in East Camp, campers headed back to their cabins for Evening Embers in anticipation of the exciting day of clinics ahead.
