Requirements:
1. Caring - Staff members must be committed to serving the needs of our guests. Whether they are a first time visitor to the lodge or a returning camper, everyone deserves to be treated in a manner that makes them feel welcome, comfortable and accepted for who they are.
2. Flexibility - While you may be hired to perform certain duties, there may be times when you will have to assist staff in other areas of the facility's operation. We are all responsible for the success of our programs, and we must be willing and able to help each other at any time.
3. Enthusiasm - The success of all our programs depends on content and presentation. Staff must put 100% effort into all duties while presenting themselves in a manner that touches guests and campers with contagious energy. Not only will this increase the quality of programming and services but will also make for an enjoyable, and memorable working experience.
