Meeting Rooms

Mallard Rooms 1-4 are located on the second floor of Trout Lodge overlooking Sunnen Lake. This space can be used as one large room or can be divided into two, three or even four separate areas with built-in dividers. Each of the four separate areas has a television and VCR/DVD player. These rooms are not square, which should be considered when choosing your set up.

Meeting Rooms 6 & 7 are located on the third floor, south side of Trout Lodge. Meeting Rooms 6 and 7 each have a mounted television and VCR/DVD player. The rooms are quiet, do not have windows, and are perfect for groups wanting a room that can be darkened.

Hillcrest Hall is our largest meeting area, located near our family cabins. Hillcrest provides a more rustic environment and includes a stone fireplace, screened porch, bathrooms, and a high ceiling. Hillcrest is heated and air-conditioned.

North Hall, also located near our Family Cabins is similar, but smaller than Hillcrest Hall. With a stone fireplace, it also has a rustic feel. North Hall has bathrooms and is air-conditioned and heated.

Walker Chapel is located across from the Recreation Center, near Camp Lakewood. This spacious meeting area is fully air-conditioned and heated, has ceiling fans, bathrooms, a kitchenette, a large foyer, a stone fireplace and a scenic forest view.

The Teepee is located between Trout Lodge and the parking area and is one of the most unique meeting spaces you will find. A gas fire ring is located in the middle, making this a cozy option for cooler weather. The Teepee is air-conditioned and heated, but has no bathrooms.
