The beautiful, natural setting of YMCA Trout Lodge is the perfect environment for your group to focus on building a stronger team. Our experienced TEAM Works staff will work with your organization to create a customized experience that will improve relationships, promote teamwork and encourage leadership. By incorporating experiential learning, team challenges and outdoor high adventure with facilitated discussions, TEAM Works programs strengthen and inspire teams to take on new challenges together.

People are an organization's greatest resource. Whether a corporate team of employees or other type of group, your organization's success depends on how efficiently its members work together to achieve shared goals. TEAM Works is a one to five day program customized to your company or group needs. Plan according to your schedule - week days or weekend workshops. Activities and challenges with perceived risk are set forth to enhance qualities such as creative problem solving, positive conflict management, effective use of resources and leadership skills.

The program incorporates experiential learning through team challenges and outdoor high adventure exercises. Programs are designed to be accessible to people of various ages, physical levels and ability.
